# After Yang ## Review I loved After Yang. It has all the hallmarks of an A24 effort—imagery, intrigue, emotion. Sometimes form over function, but that's the prerogative of art. The subtle way in which the frame shifts between the "real world" and the world experienced through Yang, the call-and-response dialog echoing the fragility of memory, the sheer *viriditas* of the film.
