The plot and arc is a bit clumsy sometimes, full of little non sequitur side quests that if you don't take care to smooth out your brain might keep you from enjoying the spectacle that is Mickey 17. Gladitorial carnage, dystopian sci-fi imagery, and over-the-top character acting all combine to deliver a poignant expose of the absurdity of the moment. ### Thoughts & Themes --- Mickey 17, known as an "expendable," goes on a dangerous journey to colonize an ice planet.
