# Layered GTM System ## Current Form The Layered GTM System is a working model that breaks go-to-market execution into four interdependent layers—Strategy, Experimentation, Operations, and Execution—as a way to operationalize more abstract GTM disciplines. ### Spark This idea emerged from trying to bridge the gap between high-level GTM Architecture and the day-to-day systems required to bring it to life.
